still not feeling well bp was 167 over 100 wish I could go walking but this back pain isn't letting me.

ok after a week of back pain I can move around again. Can wait to go for my walks along river again.

DEC. 25 2011.                                                                                                                                         Today I start the Blog even though I am unsure of how to do this blogging  thing I will do my best to learn as go. I am. I will start with the things that I want to reinvent  about myself my Body is in need of some much need T.L.C. as is my spirit. I have to learn to adjust to not caring  for kids anymore so my life is a blank page. Kids grown and starting their own Family. San Antonio is wonderful place to do this. So Looking forward to the new year Merry Christmas and a happy New Year
